They are amazing quality, and my oldest son has been stealing them for awhile now. When we went searching for his new backpack for junior high, he requested an ogio backpack. Knowing the quality I didn't hesitate to spend the money. We've had other brands and used them for several years in a row, so he takes great care of his backpacks too! He doesn't have a locker, so I felt great knowing this backpack could handle the load, I was wrong. We're two weeks into using this bag for school and the straps are already coming apart. Unfortunately, our school requires names to be permanently on backpacks, so this one is not refundable. I am not requesting a refund even though I'll be ordering another backpack within a week, but I sent an email because I truly believe this is not normal with ogio backpacks. No response. I am so disappointed. I never write reviews, but I am hoping for a response. Thank you!
